The years of adolescence are a time of change.  Change is normal in life, and helps us to grow. Changes occur in our body as our reproductive system is developing, as we become fertile. Being fertile means being able to naturally create a family.

This unit describes the male and female reproductive systems and how our biology can contribute to our behaviours.  It also examines external influences on our relationships, as well as the possible outcomes of sexual activity.
